Up and Running in Dayton provides you with a wide variety of fitness products, services, support, and education - whether you are a hard-core fitness junkie or a casual athlete.  We are a woman-owned and operated business, and want to provide you with the highest level of quality and service.

Up and Running in Dayton was established in 2005 as a women's-specific store, a place for women to feel comfortable while receiving top quality service. Interestingly, the women wanted us to fit their men too, whether that was their spouse, father, son, boyfriend, or co-worker.  So in 2006, we brought in a small amount of men's product to fill these needs.  And now in 2009, we are Dayton's #1 full-service apparel and footwear provider for both men and women. 

Our customers might practice yoga, ride a bike, walk leisurely, or run a 7-minute mile pace.  Our customers cover the gamut and bring a great energy to the store every day! Up and Running evolved because not everyone feels comfortable in a "running" store.  But our energetic environment welcomes all active lifestyles.
