You’re satisfaction is our top priority! If you need to make a return please bring your unused item and the receipt back within 14 days of purchase with the original packaging and tags attached. We will gladly exchange your item, issue a store credit or refund your money per our policy.
Cash purchases: Our policy is that cash purchases in excess of $20 cannot be refunded immediately. An Up and Running refund check will be mailed to you within 7-10 days.
Holiday Shoppers: We will accept holiday gift exchanges/returns through January 9th, 2010. Thank you for choosing UAR! |

Special orders: Items that we don’t normally carry can be special ordered. We are happy to help our loyal customers get those hard-to-find items they love! A 15% nonrefundable deposit may be charged as needed. This charge will be applied towards your purchase. |
