April Yoga For Runners Series

Whether you’re a novice runner, a seasoned marathoner or triathlete, yoga is a great way to increase strength, flexibility, and most importantly body awareness. The three sessions will start with a brief discussion of the muscles that will be focused on during the class, common injuries, and ways to prevent them, followed by an hour all levels yoga class.

About the instructor:
Alex Keller is an avid runner and triathlete. She has been teaching group fitness for 4 years and holds certifications in yoga (200-RYT), personal training (AFAA), and Pilates. With a degree in Exercise physiology her classes focus on proper alignment and injury prevention.

Three session dates: APRIL 12, 19, 26
4:00PM – 5:15PM
$40 FOR ALL 3 Sessions
