Whether you’re a novice runner, a seasoned marathoner or triathlete yoga is a great way to increase strength, flexibility, and most importantly body awareness.  All abilities are welcome.  We are thrilled to have Lindsay Kearns teach our classes at UAR and a portion of all proceeds from her classes benefit Girls on the Run of Dayton.

Through the holiday season we will be taking a break from our weekly yoga classes.  We will return to the regular schedule January 12th 2020.   Class fee $5.00, benefiting Girls on the Run of Dayton!

We would however like to announce a special class on December 23rd 5pm-6pm in Dayton!

Candlelit Gentle Yoga Class Dayton December 23rd 5pm-6pm

Let the stress of the holidays melt away at candlelit yoga with instructor Lindsay Kearns!  This will be a gentle flow class focused on stretching and ultimate relaxation.  A $5.00 class donation will directly benefit Girls on the Run of Dayton!  Our weekly Sunday yoga classes will start back up January 12th 2020.
