Our shoe wall displays the leading styles and brands in the running specialty and outdoor industries.  The Up and Running staff wear tests the shoes, giving each employee valuable insight with our product lines.  We believe a good shoe and a good "fit" can make all the difference in your walking, running, and every day enjoyment.  We offer a wide selection of brands, sizes, and widths to fit all types of feet.  Cross country and track spikes are available seasonally.  Our individual fitting process will assure you of the proper fit for your healthy lifestyle.  Whether you run or walk on the road, explore the trails, head to the gym, or venture around town we have a shoe for you!  We also carry the leading brands in over the counter insoles.  Our staff is trained to fit you with the right insole, if appropriate, making a great shoe even better.
