Premier Health Foam Rolling Session, June 9th 7pm Dayton

The foam roller, like traditional stretching, is a great tool for lengthening and elongating muscles, but its benefits are especially helpful for runners, who often suffer from tight and fatigued muscles. This self-massaging technique loosens stiff muscles and helps keep fascia (connective tissue in muscles) loose. Foam rolling, along with stretching and cross training, can help prevent repetitive stress injures that could disrupt training.
