    Up and Running Cycling Group
Join our outdoor cycling group Monday nights from 6:15 PM-8:00 PM during the spring, summer & fall months. Helmets and lights/reflectivity required as well as a form of emergency contact info (such as a Road ID). Ride location depends on the time of year. Starting April 6th, 2026 the group will be meeting at Xenia Station! Our rides are around 15-20 miles. We ride for about 1 hour to 1.5 hours. We start on the bike path and then move to the hills and country roads. No worries, we regroup at the top, no drop ride. We typically average 14-16 miles per hour for the ride, but you can expect to have some sections up to 20 mph. Wear bright colors and change your bike lights! Arrive by 6:15 with pedals spinning by 6:30. Bring water, wear bright clothes and charge those blinking rear lights. We will ride on the rolling country roads. For more information please contact info@upandrunningindayton.com.
