    Our run/walk program is a group led run/walk interval workout that will help you train for a 5k or 10k! 5k participants should be able to walk briskly for 30 minutes prior to starting the Running 101 program. 10k participants should be able to complete a 5k and be able to run a 2min interval without walking prior to starting the Running 101.5 program. We encourage participants to exercise at their own comfortable pace. New runners will benefit from the support and motivation of a group. Current runners just looking to get back into shape will benefit from the accountability of a group! Now, you no longer must be intimidated by running and your fitness journey!
