Our run/walk program is a group led run/walk interval workout that will help you train for a 5k! You should be able to walk briskly for 30 minutes prior to starting this program. We encourage participants to exercise at their own comfortable pace. New runners will benefit from the support and motivation of a group. Current runners just looking to get back into shape will benefit from the accountability of a group! Now, you no longer must be intimidated by running and your fitness journey!
Our summer program kicks off on June 24th through August 12th on Saturday mornings from 9am-10am. The graduation 5k is on August 19th at 9am at the Patterson Park 5k in Beavercreek, OH.
PROGRAM INCLUDES:
-One coached workout session per week and weekly training emails.
-Free UAR shirt and free entry into the event
-$10 off one pair of running shoes and athletic bra (Discount offered at Up and Running first 30 days)
-Time for YOU. . . to get fit, make friends, and have fun!
This program is for adults only and we cannot accommodate strollers due to the nature of the program, thank you in advance for understanding.
