Yoga is back in full swing for the fall months!
Whether you’re a novice runner, a seasoned marathoner or triathlete yoga is a great way to increase strength, flexibility, and most importantly body awareness. All abilities are welcome. We are thrilled to have Lindsay Kearns teach our classes at UAR and a portion of all proceeds from her classes benefit Girls on the Run of Dayton. Classes are held every Sunday in the Dayton location community room from 4:00pm-5:00pm, class fee is $8.00
One class date change to note. Sunday, September 17th yoga will be held at 10:30am-11:30am in Dayton.
Running & Walking 101 and 101.5
Our Running 101 & 101.5 groups will start on September 9th in Dayton only this season. The 101 group will train for the Girls on the Run 5K in Dayton on November 18th and the Running 101.5 group will train for the Turkey Trot 10K in Tipp City on November 23rd.

The Running 101 run/walk group is for the individual who wants to train from the couch to 5k. Prior to starting this program the individual should be able to walk for a brisk 30 minutes. Up and Running will provide coach led workouts, training schedules, technical product, weekly updates, and much more. Registration fee of $70.00-includes weekly coaching, training shirt, race registration, and great perks at UAR! This program is for adults only and we can not accommodate strollers due to the nature of the program, thank you in advance for understanding.
The Running 101.5 run/walk group is for the individual who has previously completed Running 101 or completed a 5K and is ready to jump up to a 10K! Registration fee of $60.00 for Running 101.5-includes weekly coaching, training shirt and race registration entry.

UAR Running Form Class
Back by popular demand our running form classes return! Nickie, UAR staff member and professional triathlete will be leading the form classes. Learn to run faster, easier, and injury free! This one hour class will teach you how to implement proper position, posture and cadence into your daily runs. Class limited to 25 people.
