Running 101
This run/walk group is for the individual who wants to train from the couch to 5k. Prior to starting this program the individual should be able to walk for a brisk 30 minutes. Up and Running will provide coach led workouts, training schedules, technical product, weekly updates, and much more. The spring training group began in early February with the program concluding with a graduation event by running the Lou Cox 5K on May 28, 2012! Keep posted for the next Running 101 program in the summer/fall.

Good Form Running Class
A free monthly class offered by Up and Running in coordination with New Balance. Learn to run faster, easier, and injury free with four simple Good Form Running points. This one hour free class will take you through the four simple steps of GFR and will help you integrate the points into your daily running plan! Class limited to 15 people. Veritas Coaching Run Form Clinic
This run specific form clinic is for the individual that has enjoyed Up and Running’s New Balance Good Form Running clinic but is ready for further running technique instruction.
Run analysis will cover gait assessment along with teaching the proper drills you need to correct identified issues. Each class will be limited to 15 people. Bob Duncan is a USAT certified coach, founder Veritas Fit Systems, Veritas Custom Cycles, Veritas Endurance Coaching & Bob Duncan’s Go Fast Multisport. Bob has coached multiple USAT elite athletes and an ITU world qualifier.
Cody Bohachek is a USAT certified coach and an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. Cody coach’s many age group and elite athletes with Veritas Endurance Coaching.
