Dayton Dry Needling with Drayer Physical Therapy Institute

Join us Wednesday March 12th, 6:30pm at our Dayton location to learn more about the newest method for treatment of muscle pain & tightness! Trigger-point dry needling is a procedure where an acupuncture needles is inserted into the skin and muscle. The intent of dry needling is to address painful areas in muscles or fascia called trigger points. Trigger pints are known to provoke pain locally in the muscle or may refer pain to surrounding areas of the body. In addition, they can cause muscle weakness, reduced range of motion and abnormal muscle activity. Dry-needling can restore normal muscle activation and strength as well as range of motion thus allowing return to activity with decreased pain and dysfunction.
