Check out this free class by Jill Csillag on functional fitness after our Tuesday night group run on July 12th from 7:15pm – 7:45pm.   Learn how you can incorporate this routine into your daily schedule and under your own roof!

  • The importance of pre and post running stretching, dynamic & static & their differences
  • Intro to functional fitness, and how it benefits runners especially
  • Perform several routines demonstrating functional fitness and how it relates to core/overall body strength (have attendees perform exercises too)
  • The importance of cooling down/post run static stretching
