Running & Walking Groups
Join our running and walking groups in Dayton and Troy. It is a great way to cover a few miles and make new friends! The running & walking groups are free of charge.
Every Tuesday night in Dayton at 6:00 PM at the store. All abilities welcome. Distances are under an hour on Tues.
Every Saturday morning in Dayton 7:00 AM at the store. All abilities welcome. Varying distances every weekend.

Every Wednesday night in Troy at 6:00 PM at the store. All abilities welcome. Distances are under an hour on Wednesdays.
Every Saturday morning in Troy at 8:00am at the store. All abilities welcome. Varying distances every weekend, regardless of the time of year the run group remains at 8:00am.

Troy Monthly Trail Run Schedule: We will provide the routes at each run. All abilities welcome, beginner to experienced trail runners! Please bring your own water and nutrition based on your individual needs.
We are taking a little break from our trail runs, fall dates TBA!
Cycling & Multisport Group
Join our outdoor cycling group Monday nights from 6:15 PM – 8:00 PM during the spring & summer months. Please contact the store for ride information. The last outdoor ride will be September 29th!
During the winter months join us at the store for indoor spinning from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM Monday evenings. The first indoor spinning night will be November 3rd!
The multisport group will meet in Spring Valley at Walton Park through the end of September. The ride will be approximately 20 miles on the bike path and rolling hills on country roads averaging 15-17 mph. Our last fall outdoor ride will be September 29th and we will take a break in October. Indoor spinning at UAR will start back up on November 3rd at 6pm!

Up and Running Jr’s
Join the Up and Running Juniors running program this summer for children entering K-8th grade. The program is designed to inspire the runner in each child by offering fun, dynamic running related games to increase fitness. The program is held at Stingley Elementary School in Centerville, OH.
Come learn and enjoy the benefits of running through a positive and rewarding experience! Your child will be grouped by ability to meet the individual needs of your child. We have created four fun groups that we hope will suit your children’s needs based on their varying degree of development The four groups are:
Lynx-My child can run, but needs frequent walking breaks during running. They can run less than 90sec. before needing a break.
Caracal-My child can run at least 2min. before requiring a break.
Servals-My child can run a mile (8min-10min.) without requiring a break.
Ocelot-My child has completed at the Girls on the Run program or has run a 5K race in the past year.
