Lole Meet Up: Body Weight Workout October 3rd

Join us for a Fall Lole Meet Up at Up and Running in Dayton on October 3rd from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.  A great workout followed by lots of LOLE love at the Dayton store!

“My goal and passion is to help you create and foster positive change in your life through fun, functional and balanced training. Learn how to train correctly and effectively! Join me for a body weight workout that is guaranteed to work your body from top to bottom, back to front. Don’t think you can get an effective workout without equipment? Think again! Sarah is originally from California and has been passionate about fitness as long as she can remember. Before coming to Ohio she lived abroad in England and Germany. She has a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science, with a concentration in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention. Her certifications include NSCA-CPT, NASM-PES, RES-CPT, Spinning, TRX Training, and Group Exercise, to name a few. She has had the pleasure to intern with two of the nation’s top trainers and brings her knowledge, passion and love of fitness to every class and session she leads. Sarah has been a lifelong runner and has participated in races ranging from the 5k to 50 mile distances.
