Pilates with Kerry Young

Pilates with instructor Kerry Young, of Practice, returns in October! Enjoy this four week pilates session to help build overall strength and flexibility!  This is a great compliment to your running, walking, & biking.  Stay injury free!  The class will be held on Wednesday evenings beginning on October 5th and ending on October 26th.  The class will take place at 7pm at Up and Running.  $10 instructor fee per class.  All abilities welcome, please bring a yoga mat.

Live Out Loud with LOLE and Up and Running.  Enjoy the last of a four week pilates session with Kerry Young of Practice Pilates!  The session on October 19th will be a free 1 hour pilates session compliments of LOLE and Up and Running!  Lole deals, great Lole raffles & goodies, and fall treats after an invigorating pilates session!
