Yoga Update for August and September!

Updated class schedule for August and September 2018!  We will continue yoga through August 26th.  We will take a 3 week break and start class back up on September 23rd!

Whether you’re a novice runner, a seasoned marathoner or triathlete yoga is a great way to increase strength, flexibility, and most importantly body awareness.  All abilities are welcome.  We are thrilled to have Lindsay Kearns teach our classes at UAR and a portion of all proceeds from her classes benefit Girls on the Run of Dayton.

 Yoga every Sunday in Dayton from 11am-12pm, class fee $5.00!
