It's back, Frozen Feet! Join us starting January 9th and walk or run 1 mile outside every day! Yes it has to be outside. Yes you can split it up throughout the day. Let's motivate each other to keep moving this winter and get some fresh OH winter air in our lungs!
We are making it simple this year! You already have our app, yay! On January 9th all you have to do is log in to your app and you will see a Frozen Feet banner on the home screen. On day one you will just click the Frozen Feet button that says check in for todays activity...and you are registered for the challenge! Each day you will open up our UAR app and click the button to check in for your activity!
